Are you in a cosmetic-related business to be based in Singapore, and has yet to register the cosmetics with Authorities?
It is mandatory to have the products registered with Health Sciences Authority, Singapore.

Appointed Importer / Distributor based in Singapore (we do not assist in this matter) or Singapore-based company. We will need to communicate with the registered Singapore Director, as the Sing-pass would be required to setup the HSA account.
Cosmetic registration with Health Science Authority, Singapore
High risk - $500
Variant - $450
Low risk - $400
Variant - $350
We will check each ingredient listed to be accordance with the Cosmetic Directive, limited to up to 10 ingredients in one cosmetic product at SGD250/-. Additional ingredient is at SGD5/- each. This cost applies to each product (main product or each variant).
One-time setup of CRIS account fee - $150
(need the contact person of importing agency in Singapore, to be forwarded)
Annual Maintenance and Renewable Fees:
High risk - $150 per product
Low risk - $100 per product
Work Process:
Quotation fees payable upfront.
Ingredient List for each product with CAS Number and quantity percentage adding to 100% to be forwarded to us.
Ingredient List for each product will be verified with reference to the EU Commission on the permissible percentage and prohibition.
Product Information File (soft/hard copy) to be forwarded for each product.
Once all required information is available, notification to Health Authorities will be carried out and subsequent approval forwarded.
Health Authorities might request for random laboratory test to be conducted on products and these subjective fees will be separate and facilitation charge of 20% or minimum $200 will be billed together.
We will attend to facilitate the random audit inspection, if required, $350/- per visit
